to those principles. We hire people that we feel will not only understand those
principles, but will flourish underneath them.
We find that we are usually available seven days a week and around the clock. Our
ongoing development is always accessible to our clients, allowing them to monitor
and participate in the process via the internet.
In order to sustain such a high level of service, we have to turn to our teams and

Our work environment has been carefully considered and nurtured in order to provide

in the team area (we do separate the kitchen, dining, recreation, conference rooms),
encouraging free movement and instant communication amongst the staff and executive.
